We support SMS (via Twilio), iMessage, Telegram, and Discord. Starter tier includes SMS only; Growth and Clinical tiers unlock all channels.

How do proactive check-ins work?

The scheduling engine computes optimal time slots based on your preferences, quiet hours, and cooldown windows. At the scheduled time, a personalized message is dispatched on your preferred channel.

What safety measures are in place?

Every outbound message is gated by safety policies. The system detects distress signals, enforces scope-of-practice limits (no diagnoses or prescriptions), and handles STOP requests immediately.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle.

Is my health data secure?

All data is stored in a PostgreSQL database with full audit logging. Every action is traced with actor identity, timestamps, and policy version metadata.

Do I need to install an app?
