Your Wellness Partner (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a sole proprietorship operated by Jeremy Hanlon. We provide an AI-powered wellness coaching service that communicates with you via SMS, iMessage, Telegram, Discord, and web chat.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our website at yourwellnesspartner.com and our messaging-based coaching service (collectively, the “Service”).
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information

- Phone number (if you opt in to SMS coaching)
- Timezone and locale preferences
Health & Wellness Data
When you interact with our coaching service, we collect the information you share, including:
- Meal and nutrition logs
- Exercise and activity data
- Sleep patterns and quality
- Mood and energy levels
- Weight and body measurements
- Wellness goals you set
- Hydration tracking
We only collect health data that you voluntarily share with us through conversation. We do not access your device sensors, health apps, or wearable data without your explicit consent.

- Message content exchanged with our coaching service
- Message delivery status and timestamps
- Channel identifiers (phone number, Telegram ID, Discord ID)
Usage Data
- Interaction patterns (response times, active hours)
- Feature usage within the web dashboard

Payment Information
If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status but never store your credit card number, expiration date, or CVV on our servers.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide personalized wellness coaching and check-ins
- Track your goals and generate progress insights
- Send proactive check-in messages at times you choose
- Detect and respond to crisis or safety situations
- Process payments and manage your subscription
- Improve the quality and accuracy of our coaching
- Send service-related communications (account updates, billing)
We do not use your information to:
- Sell your data to third parties
- Target you with advertising
- Train external AI models
- Create behavioral profiles for advertisers
4. AI & Automated Processing
Our Service uses artificial intelligence (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to understand your messages, track health events, and generate coaching responses. When you send a message:
- Your message is processed by our AI to understand the health data you shared
- Your conversation history and goals are used as context for personalized responses
- The AI generates a coaching response based on your data and wellness best practices
Your conversations are not used to train Anthropic's models or any external AI system. Our AI is a wellness coach, not a medical provider — it will never diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, or provide clinical treatment advice.
Our system includes automated safety checks. If the AI detects signs of a mental health crisis or medical emergency, it will immediately provide professional crisis resources and helpline numbers. This is the only automated decision with significant impact, and it errs on the side of caution.
5. Third-Party Services
We share your information with the following service providers, solely to operate the Service:
Supabase (Authentication & Database)
Hosts our database and handles authentication. Receives your email, auth tokens, and all stored data. Supabase Privacy Policy
Anthropic (AI Processing)
Processes your messages to generate coaching responses. Receives message content and conversation context. Does not use your data for model training under our agreement. Anthropic Privacy Policy
Telnyx (SMS Messaging)
Delivers SMS messages. Receives your phone number and message content. Telnyx Privacy Policy
Stripe (Payment Processing)
Processes subscription payments. Receives your email, payment method, and billing details. We never store your full payment card details. Stripe Privacy Policy
Telegram & Discord (Optional Messaging)
If you choose to connect via Telegram or Discord, these platforms receive your message content through their respective bot APIs. Their own privacy policies apply to data they collect.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
6. Data Retention
How long we retain your data depends on your plan:
- Free plan: 7 days of conversation and health event history
- Plus plan: 30 days of history
- Premium plan: Full history for the duration of your account
Audit logs and safety-related records (such as crisis escalation events) are retained for 12 months regardless of plan for safety and compliance purposes.
When you delete your account, we delete all your personal data, health records, conversation history, and preferences within 30 days. Some anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for service improvement.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data through your account dashboard
- Correct inaccurate information in your profile settings
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Export your data by contacting us
- Opt out of SMS messaging at any time by replying STOP
- Withdraw consent for proactive check-ins through your settings
California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request deletion. We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA.

8. SMS & Text Messaging
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Your Wellness Partner, including wellness check-ins, coaching responses, and account notifications.
- Message frequency: Varies based on your preferences (typically 3-5 messages per day)
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier
- Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from all messages
- Re-subscribe: Reply START to resume messages
- Help: Reply HELP for support information
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. You can use the Service via web chat without providing a phone number.
We will not share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your phone number is only shared with our SMS provider (Telnyx) for message delivery.
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 16, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

11. Data Security
We take the security of your data seriously. Measures we employ include:
- Encryption of data in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest
- Secure authentication via Supabase with support for magic links and OAuth
- Webhook signature verification (Ed25519) for all inbound messaging
- Role-based access controls for administrative functions
- Audit logging of all data access and modifications
While we implement commercially reasonable security measures, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the Service prior to the change taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
